Nico wonders why she's not protesting, she really didn't know, and what did he mean by her being special "I'm Special?" She questions him with an innocent tone in her voice and a hint of curiosity. "How am I special?" She was open minded so she wanted to know, then again Chase was manipulating her. "How?"

Chase smiled at her again
ChasE: No body could be more special. Your sister had this mutation too
Chase looked down and released her from his powers
Chase: Are you going to run away from me?

Nico gazed at him, he wasn't scary looking, he didn't have a scary aura around him, and her sister did disappear and never returned when she turned 18. "I'm not going to run away from you. But how do I know that this isn't just BS you're saying"

Chase lifted up a truck by just raising his hand and it floated in mid air in front of Nico's eyes.
Chase: convinced yet? Our organization is recruiting strong mutants, and in your case, almost mutant, your sisters mutation got triggered as soon as she reached 18 years old. She's currently working for us.
Chase shows her a picture of Kagami (you said make a name up haha you're like Tsukasa and Kagami from lucky star haha).
Chase: She's alive and well. Isn't that enough incentive ?

Nico raised both her eyebrows in amazement, "Oh my goodness... How?" She was speechless, she knew that there were mutants around but she's never met one in person. And she was going to be one? Unbelievable. "If- if -if- if I'm a soon to be mutant, I turn 18 next week... What will happen to me? What will my power be?" She was in a hurry to get answer that she forgot that her favourite band was playing.

Chase: Kagami had the powers of adaptation and opposition, meaningshe can adapt herself anywhere and she can develop powers that can counteract he opponents, for example, a water user she's fighting, she'll develop fire power, a reality warper, she'll develop something to stop that. Though, what you get depends, and depending on your power we'll either let you go or ask you to go with us.
Chase smiled at her.

*Moe looks at Cedric and nods*

Moe: I told you I don't like it here, *she looks at Ben who is concentrated on the piano*

Moe: *whispers in his ear* someone hit me with my own light orb, I gave it to Kaia just in case she needed it. Nobody could have hit me with it without me noticing it was close to me..... But someone did

*Ben glances at Cedric, listening to their conversation*

Cedric: the other older students and myself have been looking into it. We've deduced that everything in this Academy... Is actually an illusion. The director, Unohana... Might be connected to this. The Academy's been abandoned for more than a decade.... It's scary, Moe, Ben...

Barry: *smirks* My brother used to scoff at me like that...I can see that you think you are a know it all... so tell me... Andrew was it? How do you know Cedric? *Barry's eyes begin to glow golden as he walks alil closer* I am very interested in hearing of how you two met in the past....

Andrew: *casually* ... Cedric, in a sense, is my brother.

Cedric: the other older students and myself have been looking into it. We've deduced that everything in this Academy... Is actually an illusion. The director, Unohana... Might be connected to this. The Academy's been abandoned for more than a decade.... It's scary, Moe, Ben...



Andrew: *casually* ... Cedric, in a sense, is my brother.

*Moe thinks for a second*

Moe: How do you make the illusion go away? *She puts up a light field around all of them so that nobody can ease drop and looks around at the building*

*Ben stops playing the piano and straddles then bench, putting his elbows in his knees*

Ben: Are the people here an illusion also? *He enhances Moe's energy so that the field stops rippling but stays up strong*

These "students", they're fake. They simply... Exist, as if they have no soul.... Like they're mindless, programmed drones. I've met a few exceptions, so perhaps they might be students that entered after this illusion was set.

But why? *Cedric starts scratching hisnhead* why this elaborate trap? Is it meant to lure victims into a false sense of security?

Andrew: *he shrugs and chuckles* .... I like to keep powerful ones within arm's reach. Say, what exactly are your powers, Golden Boy? *he's sarcastic and slightly condescending*

Moe: Can you? *she asks her symbiote and it seems to nod*

Barry: *smirks* Just a moment...wait right here.... dont blink!!! *Barry turns and is gone in almost an instant and within about 5 seconds appears behind Andrew holding postcards from California, Brazil, Egpyt, India, and China* You see... I am the fastest man alive.... I also have super strength and endurance as side effects from the cosmic energy I absorbed... but primarily... I can run beyond the speed of light....Lend and steal speed....*Barry phases through a wall* Among various other talents!! What can you do??

Barry: *holds his head* Ugh....interesting power....throwing my equilibrium off balance requires quite a bit of power...*Barry Shakes his head and smiles* An interesting display!! Perhaps you can join me on patrol sometime!!
