Currently Sakura's punch is stronger. But IMO Tsunade's punch would be equally strong ( or slightly stronger/ weaker ) if she wouldn't waste chakra to look younger.

That looks to be about 85% chakra-infused for a punch. Tsunade's punches are legitimate, considering her brute strength beat out Raikage's in an All-American past time of Arm Wrestling.

technically it is, because Tsunade uses her chakra for youth, but without her doing other things with her chakra while utilizing her strength then no.

I think she does have the strongest punch. Gai has to open the 7th gate while Tsunade comes out natural. So who wants to argue Sakura's punching power > Tsunade punching power ? LOL.

so technically tsunade's punch is still stronger.
