Edo Tensei isn't auto win for Orochimaru and Kabuto

The tensei's will has to be taken away in order for them to follow kabuto's directions and once their will is taken away they are weaker.

There's probably some huge drawback to the jutsu that we're unaware of. The only person who says it's perfect is Kabuto, and he had a lot to gain by saying it.

As far as I know they dont get weaker, but the user has to make every step the tensei does after that.
Perfect example: Edo Nagato. He started attacking srsly after his will got taken away, thus he got stronger.

True, they are better at offensive, but the big problem is that they are dumb now, they are simply killing machines.

You can easily trick them, seal them, etc

Point? In some instances their will isn't limited, as some are willing to cooperate. As long as Kabuto and Orochimaru are familiar with the persons abilities/ strengths/weaknesses they can completely erase their will with little drawback.

I dont think so actually, as far as I know it works like a complete mind control from that point on. They only appeared weaker in the past because Kabuto was manipulating multiple bodys at the very same time. I would even say that edo with own will is weaker, because he can give out information about his jutsu to the enemy and even work against the users will directly (Hanzo for example who stabed himself).
But once the user has taken full control of the body, he can make every move with it that he wants to do, and if the body gets tricked in this state, then only because the user himself got tricked at the same time.

At least that is how I understand it.

Nope edo tensei is only weaker if the user dosent have mastery over it which is how orochimaru brought the first and 2nd back in part 1 without there full power but he took them over completely. Kabuto has brught back every edo with almost there full power but the edos are still bound by him. just like orochimaru did

They aren't weaker, they are just stupid. Stupidity is easy to beat. Sage mode Naruto could have taken edo Nagato. As he could have sensed that summoning that caught him.

Well since kabuto perfected edo tensei he can put them on auto pilot where they analyze the situation and base their attacks accordingly. He can still do this while keeping their personalities intact, they just can't control their body. The only weakness to that is if the edo doesn't want to cooperate like nagato he can warn his opponent of his attack and give them tips to defend and counter. Kabuto can also turn off the Edos personality completely like he did with nagato and the third raikage or just control them himself like he did with muu. Either way they aren't really weaker unless kabuto takes full control of an edo who is stronger than him. Imagine if he took control of madara. Madara would have been beaten already
