Also Madara's power is much overwhelming now that he has EMS, Rinnegan, and Mokuton at his disposal whilst Tsunade hadn't inherited any Mokuton from his grandfather, only his unique medical ninjutsu and she only has superhuman strength.

Assuming its the same level as the wood clones using then tsunade can fight
Canonically susanoo wasnt able to catch her and crush so it isn't happening, katsuyu may or may not be resistant to fire but tsunade can tank fire with byakugo, that or she can punch the ground and hide inside the cracks
But in the end she can only punch around susanoo and hope madara runs out of chakra before her

I think multiple punches can break his Susanoo. She punched that clone and knocked it to the ground. So she knocks him to the ground and keeps it punching until it cracks.
