Has anyone else here actually read the first five books?
The book series is so much better than the show, I mean the first two seasons were pretty well made but this third one just ruins the third book's reputation ( a storm of swords). I quit watching the show after a couple of episodes. Ugh, they just keep ruining characters and perfect scenes. :/
A dance with dragons was awesome, too. Can't wait for the next book.

I'm on clash of kings (second book) the books are always way better then show but yes the books r amazing fav characters is Jon snow theon greyjoy and tyirin lanister (the dwarf)

If u like to read I suggest u read the books they're amazing

I have a hard time believing they actually could capture the feeling of hopelesness in the scene. I mean it was horrifying when I read it in the book and the fact that it was written from Catelyns point of view made it even more brutal.

I have read all the books and im a fan of the series. There are some changes here and there but i wouldn't call that ruining. I think they are doing a fantastic job.

I've read the whole set of books twice, it truly is the best series I've ever read. A storm of swords really is a perfect book, the tv show really isn't doing it justice this year imo apart from a few scenes like the Olenna ones, the karstark beheading, the red wedding, tyrion and bronn and whatever Jamie is doing. I hope Bronn will get more time in winds of winter though, it's about time he became a big player
