There are actually alot in kubo store.
Such like:
-Renji’s Bankai has changed.
-What occurred in the 17th Months after Ichigo lost his Shinigami powers will be told.
-Bakyuya has perfected his Bankai. The stronger version of senbon sakura.
-Zaraki Kenpachi resolve his zanpakutou name.
-Uruhara will come up with anti-Bangkai stolen method.
-The Ishida history revealed, getting new quincy ability, powered up.
-The reason Zangetsu choose Ichigo.
-The last 1000 years holy war history reveal.
-Spirit King History revealed.

I don't remember ever seeing byakuya perfected his bankai?

I am sorry, it all just my prediction what gonna happen next. Ever wonder why spirit king choose Renji, ichigo, byakuya? Because those is probably highest potential shinigami. And 1 more thing is why spirit king choose byakuya instead captain commander? Isn't captain commander more critical in his life? I guest byakuya will be the next captain commander , yet he really need to be seriously power up. Byakuya is the only one I know 100% strict to soul society law. For my opinion he suit the captain commander place the most.

Rukia shikai already pretty strong, and I expect her bankai will supprise many people. Basically I also think that kuchiki family have some sort of great mystery connection with ichigo. Kubo won't choose byakuya ang rukia without any future planning. I am sure those 4 Renji, rukia, byakuya were great investment by kubo.

rukia shikai is alright would not say its pretty strong..yea I think those three wer chosen because they are the closet to ichigo friend wise in the ss.
