if Kakashi survives I want him to be Hokage, he has already the experience of 2 wars. I would love Naruto to be Hokage but he's too immature still and can grow more, plus he's still a genin even if he's all powerful (which i honestly don't see the logic off OTL). I don't want Sasuke as Hokage, he doesn't care for the people, and he only wants to do it too restore the honor of his clan practically.
If Tsunade still live, (I think she will survive, coz she also have a little part of Uzumaki strong and long life force) she will pass down the Hokage title to the next generation). I totally agree, if Kakashi survive and get out from Kamui dimension save and live, he still have the best chance to be the next Hokage. He has all the experience to become Hokage, he's smart and also one of konoha best tactician, we could say that he's acknowlegde by every body in konoha, and he also almost become the sixth hokage, but stopped because Tsunade wake up from her comma.
I want Naruto to be the next Hokage, but he's too young, it's different from Garaa who became Kazekage in such young age, because in Maybe in garra's country there aren't many good shinobi and because he is the jinchuriki, soo all people in sand village afraid of him. But in konoha, there are good shinobi, and have more mature in age and experience.
So, after Naruto have enough experience, maturity and everything needs to be a very good Hokage that will surpass all the previous hokage (ofcourse he will have to become chunin and jounin first), kakashi will pass down the Hokage title to Naruto, just like Hiruzen pass it down to Minato.
