How do One Piece Characters stack up to Naruto characters in a whole?

One Piece, in an unfair fight though since no one in Naruto can use Haki to counter Logia users.

But in a fair fight, Naruto verse owns One Piece, since OP's only chance is Devil Fruit users, which can be defeated by a Suiton using Ninja.

Actually after some thought, I think Naruto wins here, the Suiton using Shinobi is all it needs

Take out the broken Uchihas, Hashirama, and Naruto and One Piece just pisses on the Narutoworld. Add those characters and it would be interesting but I'd still give it to One Piece.

Not even close. The Logias are the only threat to the Naruto verse, but since there's no way a Naruto fighter can touch a Logia and Genjutsu don't affect anyone either, One Piece does have an upper hand.

Well non-ninja in Naruto-verse also don't have it.... . So the Samurai are immune to it? or The normal living people?
