When did Obito used the rinnengan ?

Since the war started he relied on Kamui

Why not absorb justsus with the rinnengan, even if you know that power you still have a lot of trouble trying to counter it

Where did you get this? By the way, his Outer Path is much more superior to Nagato's.

Yes he did, he used the Outer Path ability to bind the tailed beasts into the reincarnated jinchuriki as stated above my post. Remember, the jinchurikis were already dead, and Madara even stated that he can't be the jinchuriki of the Ten-Tails because he's just reincarnated instead of being resurrected in the first place.

But he never use the Six Paths technique on a large scale on his Six Paths of Pains due to massive chakra consumption.
