Anime that already ended suggestions!

i already watched K project,i forgot to mention it in the OP
AOT seems good from the shots and sigs i've already seen in the base,but i don't want to follow something that i don't know when it will end,i'm already stuck with three and i don't really want to add more.
Let's see, in no particular order:
1. Gintama: My all time favorite anime/manga. 10/10
2. Baccano!: Just finished watching it. 16 episodes and very, very interesting (might re watch it soon actually XD). 10/10
3. Durarara!!: Same author as Baccano! and very good. 9/10
4. Kaiji: I give it 7/10.
5. Rurouni Kenshin: Great story about a Samurai at the end of the tokugawa era. Recommended very much. 8/10
6. Yuu Yuu Hakusho: DBZ+Bleach mix. I liked it. 8/10
7. Mushishi: I'm not sure how to describe this one, but it's a must watch! 10/10
If anyone has a recommendation for an anime similar to Baccano! or Mushishi please do tell!
