Yep. But the thread's about Anime and HnI's 3th season has been anticipated since early 2009 or so and has yet to be released if they're even working on it.

Elfen Lied had the potential to become a top10 anime if the creators put some effort into the plot twists and animation

erm i actually said in the OP that its manga should ended too,because simply i don't want a half ending with the story still going on that leave me hanged like Deadman wonderland did it to me.
