If Naruto was to run out of sage mode, or enter Sage mode, then yes because it would change his chakara flow. But don't forget that he cannot absorb to much nature energy or he'd turn into stone


If you change your chakara flow, then that stops genjutsu, that is exactly what happens when one is absorbing nature energy to "refill" senjutsu chakara or change from base to sage mode

While fighting naruto doesnt absorb any nature energy, thus genjutsu will work.

OP, implied that its foreign chakra that creates genjutsu in contact with target, which is false.

Clearly while under genjutsu one cannot choose to change modes, he has no control over his chakra flow.

About how genjutsu works, I am unfamiliar with that, however, I do know how it is broken (Kai! XD)
Sage mode Naruto has the capability of breaking a genjutsu either by gather nature energy or entering sage mode (typically the same thing)

yes obviously! Senjutsu is far more higher level than genjutsu! There are lots of ninjas who can perform genjutsu but only few can do sage mode! Imagine an Uchiha with MS with Senjutsu? Lol

But for "Kai" to work u need to control ur chakra flow, its not just a word.
