I think EMS grants stamina boost. Sasuke was talking how he felt itachi's power.
Most likely sasuke will get all the stuff from itachi and might pull his susanno to bigger level.

It's obvious he will get PS. If he gets Yata+Totsuka, then he stomps Naruto. He'd had Enton Sword+Totsuka and PS defence's on top of Yata's. That's probably what he'll get if Naruto gets the Rinnegan.

I'd say currently, he isn't that far off if equal to KM Naruto. BM Naruto however stomps the shit out of him 6 ways to sunday.

His next upgrade will probably be an Enton Covered PS equipped with Yata Mirror and Totsuka Blade.

And that would be insanely OP. Enton covered; nothing will touch it. PS; insane feats in the manga. ; Yata and Totsuka are self-explanatory. Not to mention he keeps developing ways to use Amaterasu. I wouldn't be surprised if he made Blaze Release akin to Mokuton, in all the way Hashirama used it.

He wouldn't be that OP, because he's still a LOT slower then Naruto, and he doesn't have nearly as big chakra reserves as Naruto does. The power ups I suggested wouldn't be an ass pull either - We already know he can cover Susanno with Enton, now that his proficiency at both techniques are much better it's logical to assume that he can do it on a full Susanno. And like you said, the spiritual items are self-explanatory.

Plausible, but I disagree.

Susanno = Susanno
There's nothing to suggest that PS really is the new technique. Itachi said "new" and "special" - PS is just a stronger form
of Complete Susanno. The Ribcage is the same technique as Level 1, 2 and complete Susanno, so why not Perfect Susanno? PS just requires way more proficiency and chakra to use, just like Itachi's proficiency with his unrivalled Tsukuyomi, and Sasuke's proficiency with his unrivalled Amaterasu.

You could be right, but Itachi's words lead me to believe that it really is something new. Perhaps the reason we haven't seen it is because he's saving it for Sasuke. We know that Kishi likes to make Naruto and Sasuke unique from the other Jinchuuriki's and Uchiha's. Naruto with his different modes, and Sasuke with his different coloured MS/EMS eyes.
