Hay there!
Nope, I have to power to exist whenever I want xD Anywho, so, tell me, have you ever had any training? Experience in the RP etc etcDon't you mean enters out of sudden?

Teuchi notices the Former Mizukage enter and replies
"So you have arrived... I hope you are not being followed..."
"Now then, TEACH ME THE WAYS OF EVIL :x3:"
Fire Release - Started With Oasis Nara - Have Not Learned Any Jutsu YetNope, I have to power to exist whenever I want xD Anywho, so, tell me, have you ever had any training? Experience in the RP etc etc
*The kunai phases through my neck as if I wasn't there*Teuchi notices the Akatsuki member not looking at him and decides to throw a kunai at her. Teuchi takes out a kunai from his pocket and throws it towards Lili; aiming at her neck. He thinks to himself
"That will teach her for ignoring me"
As the Kunai phases through the Mizukage's body, [Yeah, I am still calling you the Mizukage cause it seems cool] Teuchi slowly says*The kunai phases through my neck as if I wasn't there*
Oh good, a kunai. That's a good as any place to start things out. Now, especially as a Genin, it seems impossible to fight unless you have jutsus or even elements. That is not the case. In my Genin days, I used simple description, my fists and weapons to win battles, and I managed to bring down opponent's much higher ranked than me.
The basic premise is, people underestimate you, and you must strike fast and deadly. Play with your enemies, speak with them, engage in RP. Don't be afraid to make a RP persona. Mine is a *****, but you can easily get away with a sweet persona too xD
Now, after you play the psychological part, you have to think about what you have, what your opponent has and how you can use the environment to your advantage.
Something as simple as throwing sand on your opponent's eyes, by kicking it, or by grabbing it and throw it. Or use rocks and water to improve your taijutsu and weapon play. Later you can improve these tactics by using elements. For example, you can pick up large debris of rocks and sharp wood branches with a water jutsu, and throw them onto your opponent, giving more tangibility to the water jutsu, or use a Wind jutsu to lift up dust and sand and cover your tracks.
Another thing you can do with chakra is use it to make yourself faster, or throw stuff at a higher distance. Basically, chakra can be used to attract or repel things. I'm sure you're familiar with the Tree Climbing method Sasuke and Naruto employed in the Manga/Anime. You charge chakra on your feet and you can attach yourself to things. If you charge too much, you can crush it. Sasuke used it grab a kunai and throw it, using only his foot.
Sakure used the opposite method, instead of attracting, she used chakra to repel. By repelling the ground on each step, she managed to get a slight boost in speed. If you repel a kunai, for example, you'd be able to get it faster and to a higher distance.
These are all things you can and should employ during battle, as they give you an egde. And most people tend to forget about it.
Questions?
I'm not Mizukage. And if you don't have patience, I will rot that hand right out of your arm! If you fancy yourself so smart, why don't you tell me what is chakra, and what it's elemental chakra."Now then Mizukage, it is time you train me the Element of Water"
After saying this Teuchi starts to walk towards the Mizukage with a kunai hidden behind his hand.
After hearing Isabella Uchiha's words, Teuchi thinks to himselfI'm not Mizukage. And if you don't have patience, I will rot that hand right out of your arm! If you fancy yourself so smart, why don't you tell me what is chakra, and what it's elemental chakra.
Very good. A few corrections though. Every organism is surrounded and linked by a Chakra pathway, much like a nervous system of a circulatory system. The Chakra Points are spots in that chakra pathway, from which chakra can flow out, to affect the world around the organism (or even the organism itself). Also taijutsu does use chakra. Not it the same molded way, as it is used in genjutsu or ninjutsu, but it still uses chakra. This of course, is a no brainier when it comes to taijutsu that uses elemental power ups and whatnot. After hearing Isabella Uchiha's words, Teuchi thinks to himself
"She sure is quiet smart"
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------CHAKRAChakra is what one could call energy. It is present in the Narutoverse and is needed for ones body to function properly. If one does not have any chakra then he/she shall die or will be extremely exhausted. There are a total of 361 Chakra Points from which chakra flows through; these chakra points can be viewed by anyone who possess's the Byakugan. Chakra varies from person to person as seen when one of the bandits who had attempted to abduct the Fire Feudal Lord's daughter had a sticky chakra which he could shoot or as seen when Naruto entered his Four-Tailed Mode and the color of his chakra changed to red. The chakra of all the humans is usually colored blue; the chakra of a Bijuu however is red. Chakra is needed for Ninjas to perform Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. Taijutsu however does not require any sort of chakra with an exception of few. Chakra can also be channeled to the user's feet in order for them to walk on trees or be able to walk on water.
Chakra is the resulting form of energy when two other forms of energy are mixed together. The two energies are referred to as "physical energy" and "spiritual energy". Physical energy is collected from the body's cells and can be increased through training, stimulants, and exercise. Spiritual energy is derived from the mind's consciousness (i.e. the soul) and can be increased through studying, meditation, and experience. For example, in order to use the Chakra of the Kyuubi, Naruto had to separate the Kyuubi's Physical Energy from his Spiritual Energy so he(Naruto) would not transform into the Kyuubi. Another example is the Cursed Seals which were used by Orochimaru to enter his Spiritual Energy into the bodies of his victims and thus he would be able to view everything from inside the target and would've a consciousness of his own within the target.
Elemental Chakra is divided into 5 Main Parts, Fire; Water; Earth; Lightning and Wind. Each ninja has the ability to use all of these different chakra natures however they all have an affinity towards one or two which in simple words means although they are capable of using all of these chakra natures; there are some of these that they are much better at using than others. Some ninjas for example, have the ability of combing 2 Chakra Natures to create a new one. Some examples are:
ELEMENTAL CHAKRA
- Lava Release [Fire + Earth]
- Wood Release [Water + Earth]
The ability to combine 2 different Chakra Natures to create a new one is known as Kekkei Genkai; which can be passed down throughout the family or can be used by one who has the DNA of the person who's KG he desires to use. Even then it is not confirmed that one would gain the ability for example:
- Even though Tsunade is the Grand-Daughter of Hashirama Senju, she still did not possess the ability to use Wood Release
- Even though most of the Zetsu clones had been created using Hashirama Senju's DNA, they still did not possess the ability to use Wood Release [Excluding Black Zetsu]
Water Release
Water Release is one of the 5 Basic Elements. It is known as Suiton in Japanese. Water Release allows the user to manipulate the water and give shape to it in order to defend against opponents technique or attack the opponent. One can manipulate the water in the surroundings to completely cover the body of the target in order to prevent him/her from breathing [Suigetsu vs Jugo] or by turning their own chakra into water the user can expel an entire wave of water from their mouth [Hashirama and Tobirama vs Hiruzen]. Although is it quite rare to use a Water Release Technique where there is little to no water, some shinobi [Tobirama Senju] have been capable of turning their own chakra into water as well as utilize the water in the air in order to perform a Water Release Technique. Water Release Techniques can be much stronger at places which have a Lake or Ocean because it would much easier to utilize the Water in the surroundings rather than turning your own chakra into Water. Places that are hot and dry seem to be a Water Release User's greatest nightmare. Affinity towards Water Release is common amongst shinobi from Kirigakure as they seem to have produced an entire clan that uses Water-Based techniques [Houzuki Clan].
Strong Against:
Fire Release
Water Release is strong against Fire Release as it cools down the flames however this does not mean that even a weak Water Release Technique would be able to stop a much stronger Fire Release Technique
Weak Against:
Earth
Earth Techniques are capable of weakening Water Release Techniques for example a large wall would easily slow down a wave of water. At the very same time; Earth Release Techniques are capable of absorbing water and turning it muddy
Collaboration:
Lightning
Water can be used in collaboration with Lightning and the result would be electrified water. A Kekkei Genkai [Storm Release] which is a combination of Lightning and Water however does not seem to work on the same principles
Wind
Water can be used in collaboration with Wind and the result would be a much faster and larger wave of Water. A Kekkei Genkai [Ice Release] which is a combination of Wind and Water however does not seem to work on the same principles
Famous Water Users:
(1). Kisame Hoshigaki
(2). Suigetsu Houzuki
(3). Second Mizukage
(4). Tobirama Senju
(5). Utakata
Yes I do have a question. When you're combining elements, each provides a different property to the combination. Water provides substance. It is a very absorptive element, like a sponge. It will provide a substance to fire by absorbing it's heat. You can attack an opponent with boiling steam or scolding water by joining together Fire and Water, likewise, steam is a good way to block your opponent's view.
Water will provide a more liquefied substance rather than the solid earth that Earth Release usually provides. It creates mud, which is a more solid water, with more pushing power. Water itself is a great method of transport. It can carry boulders and jagged rocks, and crash them on your opponent. It can push your opponent against traps, or guide him where you want him.
Water conducts lightning very well, so, rather than "absorb" lightning, it will carry it on across it's body. Thus, if you trap an opponent in water, it's a good idea to follow through with a lightning attack, as it will electrocute your opponent thoroughly.
Water will absorb wind's speed and coldness. It will make water fresher, faster, even sharper. It can make water spread out, or simple go at a greater speed, it can cool down water to have a stronger impact on your opponents, etc etc. Vortexes of water will work excellently with wind, as it will make them sharper.
Questions?
Depends on how your body is touching the water. If the lightning can be conducted back at you, then it will electrocute you. Something like, for example, a lightning current released from your hand, while the only thing touching the water is your hand, it's fine.Yes I do have a question.
(1). If my enemy is trapped in [Insert Water Technique Here] and I proceed to use Chidori. Will I be electrocuted as well? Or would my opponent be the only person to be affected by my technique?
