Legal *** age and legal age to buy cigarettes

The government is thinking about changing the legal *** age to 13 whereas they are thinking about changing the legal age to buy cigarettes to 21. Honestly what is wrong with our government. I would be more bothered about my kids getting pregnant and having *** at 13 than having a sneaky cigarette at school. Honestly I feel disgusted. What do you guys think??
