This is an insult to a character who sacrificed himself; and he was doing well against juubi spikes.

And Sakura saved by Naruto and Sasuke at the end of the chapter; and her fight was against clones; those juubi spikes were directly from the beast itself; they were attacking everywhere and the beast was getting controlled by 2 people. Neji could have lived if he wanted to but he sacrificed himself for Naruto and Hinata.
