Minato's kunai's real power calculated ++++

so peoples are very confused about minato's kunai power. they are not impressed by minato cutting off BEE's tentacles with just a bare kunai so I thought of to calculate its real power.

last chapter we saw minato sent back TBB from Jubbii into the sea. lets take a rought estimate. for minato to see the TBB and then go to sea and come back again and use S/T barrier it took almost 10 second at most. I am saying this because TBB moves very fast like bullet and it wasn't properly blocked by the combined shinobi jutsu.

now by the logic given by user takia crow.

The blast radius of TBB is almost 60 km diameter so minato must put a kunai at least 100Km just to be sure it wont harm other ninjas.

now 100Km going + 100km coming back. minato covered 200km in 10sec. and he was able to perform that S/t barrier jutsu in time too.

so lets calculate the speed of sun shin justsu of minato . 200/10=20 km/s or 20000m/s.


lets compare it with other speed .
speed of sound =340m/s

minato's speed >>60 times speed of sound. lolz


now lets calculate the energy carried by minato's kunai.

minato's kunai is about 1kg in weight.
add his speed that he moves=20000m/s

now according to Einstein
E=MC2

which gives

Energy of Minato's kunai= 1 kg * 20000*20000
=400000000joules.




energy carried by an artillery gun with muzzle velocity 770m/s and weight 10 kg is e=10*770*770= about 6000000joules.

hence minato's kunai energy =about 60 times stronger than an impact from an artillery gun.

now those who say minato's kunai cant do a shit. just remember minato's kunai is 60 times more powerful than an artillery attack.

Now i like Minato, you can probably tell but this is going a bit to far, remember this is a manga written by someone who probably has no idea about the speed of sound, or for that matter einsteins theories, for example if he did allowing Genin rank ninja to dodge sound blast attacks would have been ridicolous, since they obviously move at the speed of sound.

I dnt think so Minato's kunai are just like normal kunai,,,,When Minato cut bee's tail he may using his affinity attached to his Kunai just like Asuma other wise there is no way for a normal kunai to cut that tail that easily..........!

The Hokage's already knw that the are going to fight juubi since they have 3 strongest sensors among them so Minato did put a kunai in sea even before reaching battle field or b4 cng the TBB

If a ninja CAN grab an item, switch places with the item and hide somewhere else then why doesn't the ninja simply dodge the attack instead of performing that entire process?

E = MC2 , only applicable for mass defect in atom bomb

it's actually kinetic energy you should consider wich is k E = 1/2 mv^2


= 200000 kilo joules

you can also take potential energy into consideration which is

P E = mgh

m = mass
g = accn due to gravity
h = height
since height = 0000

hence PE = 1 X 9.8 X 0 = 0


total energy = KE + PE = 200000kj + o = 200000 kj
