Both times sasuke was milliseconds away from death, & obito saved him from onoki & was confident that he could save him from danzo, that sword was inches away from his neck & the distance was impressive considering that obito just started to use kamui.

Naruto should have a 4.5 in speed as well, dunno if thats a mistake but sasuke's speed > naruto's?

Only Fukasaku and Shima can perform the frog song.

They are part of his power due to being able to use and summon them.

Hiruzen has a 5 in genjutsu though he never showed it.

I don't get what the issue is. Genjutsu is not just using it, but also being able to resist it. SM Naruto's sensing would help him get out of certain genjutsus like Bringer of Darkness, Trollkage's genjutsu, etc.

That's Kamui, I was talking about footspeed. If you look at Naruto + Gai/Kakashi vs Obito, you will see that once Kamui was taken out of the equation Obito got mashed by BM Naruto.

5, obviously. Obito is the reason everything in Naruto happened.

Yeah. This has been shown a couple times, when Sasuke blitzed Naruto and Deidara and when Sasuke was able to fight V1 Ay whereas Naruto needed SM to fight V1 3rd Raikage.

Well yeah, it's impossible to rank them on a 1-5 scale.

I'd have to use an 1-100 one for that, with Minato having 100 and say Obito having a 90.

Bit hypocritical to boost narutos intelligence based on battle, but not Sasuke. Naruto Intel should stay the same since he had so much help figuring strategies. Sasuke actually made things up on the fly.

Enton around susano'o was genius.
Figuring izanagi was genius - he noticed it before Karin told him - and his strategy to beat danzo was genius. Even Karin didn't think up such a plan.
His fight with deidara.
Seriously, you're insulting smart ninja giving naruto a 4.5. Not even a 4.... Any way, his hand seals should also stay the same. Kage bush in uses 1seal and he still needs to do that. That's not good hand seal abilities when people like me can do 44+ seal jutsu with no seals... None of naruto jutsu need seals except for shadow clone which he still uses it for.
I disagree with a lot, but hey, you're not kish I so nice list

Izanagi isn't hard at all to figure out, especially when your sharingan can notice the eyes closing every minute.

And no, Naruto is indeed intelligent in battle. To be compared with Shikamaru and defeat Deva, Kakuzu and even Obito through trickery is certainly a massive feat.

1 seal or not, neither Deva, nor Kiba nor Kakuzu nor Obito managed to see through his technique, which is what Hand Seals is about.
