The uchiha and senju clan founded the leaf,and were regarded as the strongest clans in their era.So the strongest clan is the uchiha and the senju,who were equals.

But it appears as though the senju were slightly superior in battle ,so out of these two,the senju clan was the strongest.However it is unknown if it still exists as an organization.Also there is absolutely no info on the uzumaki clan,who were pretty strong in my view,so they are out of the question.
