I didn't really care for fodders, I mostly took the big guys here. I tried to explain certain stats, the others are self explained.

Note that just because 2 characters have 5 in the same stat does not mean they are equal. This is simply how Kishimoto works. Hiruzen's 5 does not equal Itachi's 5 in genjutsu.

Also note that having a grand total doesn't mean the ninja is stronger than someone with a lower total. Gai, for example, is weaker stat wise than Kisame yet he still beat him.

1. Naruto Uzumaki ( Base )

Ninjutsu - 5 ( from 4 ) - Naruto has become profficient at a lot of new techniques, surpassing Minato in using Rasengan by adding his own element to it, using the Chakra Transfer technique to give Kyuubi chakra to the whole Alliance as well as using his Seal to trap Kurama so that in his KCM form he can take its chakra at will. Not only that, he managed to create a ton of clones that were able to dominate the battlefield and take on Kage level foes.

Taijutsu - 3.5 - Not Naruto's strong suite, he hasn't shown many taijutsu feats lately.

Genjutsu - 2

Intelligence - 4.5 ( up from 3 - I think making Naruto have a 3 in intelligence is one of the most retarded things ever. Naruto has battle smarts that are almost on a Shikamaru level. His fight with Pain, Kakuzu and even Obito proves that. Still not 5, not nearly at Shikamaru's, Kakashi's or Itachi's level, but Naruto can definitely plan. )

Strength - 3.5

Speed - 3.5

Stamina - 5

Hand seals - 4 ( up from 1.5 - Unless I am mistaken, the Hand Seals stat dictates how fast a shinobi can use jutsus, potentially without his opponents noticing. Itachi has a 5 because he is by far the most fast jutsu weaver of the series, able to fool Sasuke's sharingan with it. I give Naruto a 4 because in many occasions he has been shown to trick his opponents with clones and feints - Pain, Kakuzu, Obito fights ).

2.Sasuke Uchiha

Taijutsu - 4 ( up from 3.5 because he was able to keep up in taijutsu with Kakashi while exhausted )

Genjutsu - 5 ( up from 4 - while nowhere near Itachi, Sasuke used genjutsu on many occasions - Manda, Kumo fodder, Bee, Danzo - twice - and it worked everytime. Not to mention, he broke Tsukuyomi through skill )

Intelligence - 3.5 ( not much has changed since gaining MS. If anything, he should have it lower because he relies too much on his MS, forsaking strategy )

Strength - 3.5

Speed - 4.5

Stamina - 4 ( up from 3.5 due to EMS not exhausting him like the MS )

Hand seals - 4

3.Orochimaru

Speed 4 ( up from 3.5 - While not particularly fast, she proved great reflexes by throwing herself at Madara's attacks before the other Kages could react. Madara also said '' slower than Raikage '' which is a compliment, seeing as how Raikage is extremely fast )

Stamina 5 ( up from 4 - Not much to say here, she recharged the 4 Kages fully and could still fight, as well as healing the whole village )

5. Hiruzen Sarutobi

I counted Madara's fan, which he used to block a Kyuubirasengan, as taijutsu + he has the strongest eyes in the series, so that also helps him in taijutsu.

Naruto speed and taijutsu didn't change after 3 trainin arc which build up his physical stats? He parried with deva who defeat kakashi in taijutsu and with his sm trainin he learnt some taijutsu moves too (though they can only be maximized w@ sage mode but still useful in base). He also keep up with deva who outrun 6 tail kyuubi, all of this after leavin sage mode which cause fatique. @ least he get a 4 from a nuetral point of view and 4.5 from a logical fan like.

no. 4.5 is way too much, seeing as how SM Naruto could barely dodge the 3rd Raikage, and he had sensing.

And he didn't train in taijutsu. All he did was learn FRS, KCM and SM + frog kata which can only be used properly in SM.

Naruto isn't that strong in base, I'm not putting him on Bee or Sasuke's level.

It's not about numbers but speed. Naruto has clone tricked a lot of opponents.
