So I watching one of Sawyer's reviews on the lastest chapter of One Piece and I saw this comment...

Check out chapter 24, Ussop talks about a "country of dwarfs". Even more foreshadowing

So I decided to actually check it and what do you know... Wow oda.

That would be rather cliche but I wouldn't mind seeing it. You're also probably right. Everyone will be stunned that Usopp was not a liar after all.

All of Usopp's early (during introduction arc) lies kept on proving true gradually throughout the entire series.
With those two linked by the person you quoted left, only the alien one remains, which most likely foreshadows Enel's return at some point which I'm really anticipating.
