Her increased strength is only temporary due to her storing her chakra. We all know when it runs out she goes back to her only use to being healing other shinobi. Its just a thought and I'm not trying to stir the pot.*_*
The white seal is permenant its just like tsunades yin seal. The difference being when sakura pours chakra into the seal it goes all into strength enhancement while tsunade uses her yin seal to make herself appear young. So no its not comletely temporary. The seal on her forehead is permenant the power enhancement is temporary once she releases the seal and she will have to keep storing chakra.
Although I do agree it is a little pathetic. 3 years of storing chakra to be used on juubi fodder clones. I'm actually thinking kishi is a sexist.
I don't really see the evidence, for why she has become "stronger"... The way I see it, Sakura was never allowed to go all out in battle, because she has to follow the medical ninja rules, meaning she must not die in battle, and thus cannot take big risks in battle. The byakugo jutsu allows the medical shinobi to ignore this rule, because she can restore herself. Thus Sakura hasn't become any "stronger", she just hasn't been able to participate on the front line until now. I dno why people think the strength is her power-up. It's a really pathetic power-up :| she had enough before as well. Killing her targets even more, wont do any difference. Dead is dead.....

Says Byakugou there, but it was mistranslated, and Tsunade used Hyakugou, which means Strength of a Hundred Technique. Basically it is the same thing as Creation Rebirth(Souzou Saisei), but no hand signs needed to use it. So that's what Sakura just activated, meaning she can use that when she needs to. She didn't use Hyakugou yet though like you said, all she did was create the seal needed to use it. Her strength right now has nothing to do with the seal at all, she is not getting chakra from the seal or anything, she is just using her normal strength, which is a little stronger since she can use her full chakra now, since before she was always using some of her chakra to form the seal. When she uses the seal, she will get lines over her forehead/body like Tsunade, so therefore she hasn't used the seal yet. So she hasn't even done anything yet except make it. Boring.
100% correct. She hasn't even used anything to do with the seal yet except her forming it. Everything she is doing now is just her normal strength, which seems stronger since she doesn't have to use a portion of her chakra to form the seal anymore.

As stated above, she hasn't even used the seal yet, everything she has done is just her normal strength. The only way to use the seal is to release it, and when she released it she will get lines on her forehead/body like Tsunade in the picture above. But you are right, the seal will stay there until she releases it, only then will she have to store up chakra again to form it.

She is keeping that seal, years and years of forehead teasing didn't foreshadow the neo sannin and her getting the seal for nothing, that forehead will be known for something and that is the seal.

Yeah, she didn't use the Kyuubi chakra to make the seal or anything, don't know why people think that. And it is just her normal strength right now, she didn't even use the seal yet, she is just stronger since she doesn't have to allocate any of her chakra to forming the seal now, so she can use her full power, like she said herself. And yes she will have the seal forever now, until she released it to use Hyakugou or Souzou Saisei, which at that time is would disappear and she would have to reform it. Although we will know when she uses the seal since she most likely will get lines that go over her forehead/body, just like when Tsunade gets lines when she uses Hyakugou/Souzou Saisei.

That's Tsunade using Hyakugou, which to use you need to RELEASE the seal, not form it. We will see the same/similar thing on Sakura when she releases the seal.
