When Sasuke has formed Kirin over his head, Kabuto could use Muki Tensei and have it hit Sasuke instead.

Muki Tensei is highly underrated. It is the strongest sage technique that we have seen.

Kabuto can control anything that is not already alive.

Yes Kabuto can control nature, but his reaction time isn't faster than the speed of Kirin.

Before Sasuke casts the jutsu he has to form the lighting dragon. Kabuto can steal it before Sasuke shoots it at him.

His reaction time is faster the Itachi's and Itachi could react to Kirin.

That is not how lighting works. You can't just heat it up to make it float back up into the sky.

I know real lighting starts from the ground up, but that is not how it works in Naruto, so I have to explain how things work in the NV.
