I'm not saying TheEvilOne's arguments are fine, but i think he's right when he says the Hyugas have nothing to put Katsuyu down with.
Vacuum Palm isn't really a very damaging attack, it creates an impact that throws people off balance... ok. That jutsu never killed anyone, or could ever hurt Katsuyu (let alone kill) who is one of the most durable characters in this manga.

its not meant to kill just keep it busy. tsunade isn't beating neji hinata hisahi and hizashi in a taijutsu fight. those 4 shut down her chakra and kill her while the rest of the clan deals with the slug. paper bombs, kunai, airpalm wallpalm idc. the aim of the game is to beat tsunade. her slug is just a distraction

Well, but Tsunade doesn't need to engage them in battle. Katsuyu can absorb her, and if the Hyuga's keep on spamming they'll run out of chakra in half an hour.
The idea of her beating the currently strongest clan in Konoha on her own seems absurd, i know, but its far from impossible. This is more like Katsuyu vs Hyuga clan.
