Oil (or oil like substances) were proven to be the weakness of Gaara's sand.
Gamabunta and all the other frogs can use oil (as for the boss summons, large amounts can be used).

No other Frog has been hinted at or been shown to use oil other than Bunta or Fusaku & Shima.

Lulz whoever think gaara wins needs to start reading the manga all over again

Reading to just read d reading to comprehend are two different things. If you don't see Garra winning in most instances You may want to re-read the manga.

- he is a jinchuuriki
= the location is a DESERT

= Minato can't use the FTG
= Minato can't do shit against the Kazekage.

dafuq is this shit

he can use ftg and he will, burying the kunai with sand will not help, he has also been shown to spread kunais very far apart even at the starting itself [ ]

and since you are in love with desert, minato teleports gaara out of the desert to a place of his own choice

and btw its impossible to restrain minato so gaara isnt even winning here

Well i don't care that much about the manga currently, neither do i concerning NB, either because i find it annoying lately or because i'm busy, but i'll just ask these questions

1- How does Gaara counter Minato's shunshin?

And please don't tell me the usual rubbish like Minato can't blitz someone without his kunais. Obito recognised Minato as while observing his Shunshin. Minato has unrivalled hype and feats in this category. Too much that i'm not gonna list all of them, but only centralised my opinion on one particular moment

- Kyubi was almost crushing Kushina here(his large hands were already close to Kushina)

Minato wasn't even there from the start. But notice that not only did he appear before Kyubi actually landed the hit, but he noticed Kyubi's attack, took Kushina and shunshin'd kilometers away on a tree well above Kyubi's height.

So he did 3moves while Kyubi's large hands were already almost crushing kushina, and someone is trying to tell me that Gaara's slow sand could catch someone like this? Lol On that same pic, also notice that Minato was even capable to jump on a tree, so jumping above Gaara's sand should be a problem for him if he really felt the need. What people forget is that ninjas are capable to jump really high in this manga. Minato is just one of those examples

Adding Gamabunta here, who is several times bigger than forest( ), who himself , and someone is telling me that this pitful attack is going to stop Minato or Gamabunta?

Gamabunta has impressive speed and power, capable and , so no i don't see how Gaara's pitful sand(nowhere near Shukaku's raw power) could restrict Gamabunta movements

1- How does Gaara avoid FTG-blitz?

As stated roughly in my first post, his sand has the bad habit to contain everything around Gaara when it protects him. It doesn't deflect attacks, but only block them

Replace these needles with FTG-kunais. With kunais that near from Gaara, how does he survive really, before Minato actually kills himself? If Gaara is lucky, the only chance he would have would be not to be killed stright away but , which would still mean the end of the fight(since he could be killed from there sooner or later)

So, FTG is actually Gaara's worse nightmare

2- How does Gaara actually catch Minato?

We talk about someone who can teleport every instant even when , he still managed . So how does Gaara catch him?

I didn't really want to mention oil or the advantage that KCM like greater speed, power or durability in the question here, or it would be overkill. I really find it funny that some people actually think Gaara stands a chance here in a desert or not, when they are not even in the same tier U_U

All that was already countered, and please use spoilers or hyperlinks. Its annoying when posts have protruding scans.

Enveloping the kunai in sand does not mean they disappear. In fact, Deidera demonstrated this very well. He snuck in bombs in Gaara's sand. Gaara cannot afford to have one kunai in his sand, because that's an instant K.O. for him (unless he throws that sand pile far away). Also, it's not to hard for Minato to place a seal ON Gaara's sand...making it dangerous for Gaara to pull the sand back toward him.

I'd say Minato takes this with high difficulty.

It's basically Gaara vs Deidera...except there is no bomb, just Minato with a rasengan inside Gaara's sand sphere.

Covering the Tags with Sand Means that if Minato teleports then he didn't accomplish anything.

One-sided match-up. Minato stomps. He would never be able to catch someone who can teleport every instant. He would never be able to keep up with Minato's shunshin speed. His sand will even advantage a FTG blitz even further since it has the bad habit to keep stuffs like kunais when it protects Gaara. Gamabunta's oil will also render his sand defense useless. All in all, he has absolute no way to even stand a chance in this match up

this should do

When posts dont make sense.

and why is so ? genius ?

If the sand with the tags happen to be near Gaara's body = K.O. for Gaara.

Minato can teleport within at least 10 feet in any direction around his kunai. that means he could get inside Gaara's so called ultimate defense and finish the fight.

It's basically Deidera vs Gaara all over again. Gaara cannot afford to bring the sand that he covered the kunai with back to him, that does not nullify the Kunai's teleportation seal.

Can someone tell me what part of DemonicAvenger post is that really convincing? Once again, Gaara's sand properties are the reason why Gaara loses this match-up easily.

Like i've already stated, his sand has the bad habit to contain everything while protecting Gaara

Can someone explain me how he doesn't get killed by FTG-blitz when kunais are that close from him?
