No restrictions? Bro, you just said Minato can't regenerate and since it's EMS Madara, I assume he will run out of chakra. Minato wins, simply because: he's too fast for Amaterasu and Susano blade hit and Madara's Tsukuyomi/Genjutsu is not as good as Itachi's and Shisui's. In fact it could be that Genjutsu doesn't work on Minato because he may have excellent chakra control.
