This is an assumption but i believe uchiha have skill assign to their sharingan/bloodline.Fire style jutsu is automatically assign to uchiha (element) ,ocular genjutsu(genjutsu ) and bird summon (.Both itachi and Sasuke have bird summon ).Therefore they can get another elemental jutsu and summoning jutsu.This is similar to Rinnegan user have automatic access to Gedo Mazo,6 path.

I'm honestly not entirely sure I understand you but given that the Sharingan stems from the Rinnegan it's not unlikely.

I am not sure what your trying to get at but,the sharingan's abilities would allow uchiha to theoretically learn overall more chakra natures since they can analyze justu more closely then most.

Summonings have nothing to do with how much they can learn although it does provide them with another means of using an element that they themselves don't have.

Perhaps. But it's common knowledge [on other forums] that there isn't really a set limit on how many beasts a person can have a contract with. Jiraiya's scroll was filled with contract he'd made. He just prefered frogs.

Rinnegan and sharingan are ocular power.Rinnegan user can intially summon gedo mazo and 6 path (obito,nagato and Madara) While Sharingan user can intially use fire release and they have contract to bird like rinnegan user have contract to Gedo mazo.Rinnegan is the next step for sharingan

fire release isnt automatic to the uchiha clan? thats a load of crap as not everymember in the uchiha clan unlocks the sharingan,

Youre telling me that uchiha automatically get a contract summon from a bird? lol Please I advise you to rewatch the whole part 1 training arc with jiraiya, it explains how summons work.

Oh btw, Itachi doesnt have a contract summon with crows......
