Plus fillers are needed to make time. Time that allows animators to focus more on the canon episodes to make it more amazing for us viewers to watch (awesome fights, great animation, etc).
OT: I hope they end in mid-July.

This, the more space between and anime and manga the better imo. Some people say the manga is already ahead enough, but I say let it go even further. Maybe we'll get a long canon arc then for once and not 6 episodes.

Next episode has bad animation you can tell from the preview, but there isn't really any action in next episode anyways

The last episode of Naruto's actual ending (the entire show) will be a filler for a good ending.
