I think it's nice that the world powers are at least making a good show of trying to combat environmental problems. Obviously there is more that needs to be done in order to reduce global warming, but it's a start.

With respect to the data mining and AP spying, it's an unfortunate side effect of modern technology. It's always a double edged sword. The IRS targeting of specific political groups is a circumstance that makes me ashamed to be an American.

Contact your elected officials with your concerns, publish material on the subject where others can read it, form/sign petitions, publicly protest, and vote for like minded people in the next election term. That's about all you can really do on any political issue, but if you do all of that well, I works.
