dont be stupiud to say madara deflected narutos speed wen he rushed ...the bijuudama is heavy carrying it in one hand is hard no one has done it ....so it doesnt count as narutos speed ...the real speed n power was shown wen he deflected all the tbb in one go ...he can destroy the susanoo easily .... only thing thats gonna save sasuke is his amatrasu and hios control over it .....
naruto is way better wen it comes to speed n shunshin ...sasuke cant react if the kyubii starts attacking with the cloak ...he cant read its movements that easily

Naruto is clearly faster then sasuke . However sasuke is fast and his sharingan helps to counter speed . He couldnt keep up with raikage so he made an enton shield .
