Sakura would never die from being poisoned actually. It's like drowning a fish in water, She suppose to be the best medic, to die from poison would be a major ass pull

Well if it's incurable all she will be doing is restoring her body until she runs outa chakra and she does she will slowly die

Well we all have to make sacrifices. I feel we could all edure albeit with a heavy heart the sacrifice of Sakura for the sake of...well pretty much anything. Seriously I'd drown her in a shallow puddle for a Klondike bar.
