It's that thing a girl character does when they are too focused on a guy and don't think about themselves.Are you even femiliar with the term 'fangirl' ????!!!!!
AKA Hinata. Don't get me wrong, I don't dislike Hinata. I'm actually kind of irritated that Kishi is making her think about "Naruto's big hand" when she should be having a crowning moment of independence. Instead, she's relying on thinking about him to get stronger....again.

nothing will happen? what has sakura done that screams fangirl over sasuke? she sure hasnt done anything in 50+ chps at least, if not wayyyyyyy more.

If they somehow will fight . I see karin is dead and this time sakura wont heal her.

Well we haven't really seen Sasuke and Sakura act together since Sasuke became good again.
These two didn't have that much screen time yet so it's impossible to tell if Sakura is still fangirling over him. She might be a bit angry at him or so I get the feeling.... well she didn't jump to his side the second she saw him nor has she attempted to talk to him etc..... but oh well since they are at war and all I guess it's not the right time.
As for Karin ..... I am somewhat positive that Sasuke is gonna end up with Sakura or that it is at least hinted towards the end of the manga, so Karin .... well does she have much of a choice .... she gotta give up just like Ino ( well in her case she will probably just pick her friendship with Sakura over Sasuke --> which her father somehow hinted .. dying words and all) my guess is that Karin will either become a stalker or she just leaves with Suigetsu, Juugo will probably stay with Sasuke...
