Saying Jiraiya can't come back is crazy!

So many people say he can't come back because he had such a dramatic and meaningful death. And that it would be pointless to bring him back.

Didn't Zabuza have a meaningful death? Didn't Hiruzen? Didn't Itachi? Didn't Nagato? Minato?

Kishi can make it work in so many ways that it's absolutely crazy for people to rule out Jiraiya's return. And I'm not only talking about the return of deceased characters but so many things people say that can't happen.

Naruto has surpassed him by miles, Naruto and Sasuke are leagues ahead of him... what exactly could he help with in this war besides nostalgic reunions with his old comrades? I would even go as far to say that Sakura might even be more useful than him at this moment, and i've never been a fan of Sakura.
Sorry if it sounds like i'm bashing him... I love the J-man, but it'd be best for the story if he stays dead, he's already a revered legend.

Jiraiya can be brought back... However he would have no purpose in this war & he had such a good ending, it would simply ruin it, that is the opinion of many of us. However he can be brought back because Obito has Pain's weapons & Kabuto stated that he could revive Jiraiya using the DNA on Pain weapons... Manga Chapter 520, Page 14.

That is how Jiraiya could be brought back using Edo Tensei.
