Let see, the thing start with isshin(getsuga founder) fought "white hollow". Then masaki(pure quincy blood from juba)'s soul been effected by "white".
Ishin save masaki by sealing his sinigami power inside masaki body. Masaki give birth to ichigo with also some of the (quincy,isshin,hollow power).
Meanwhile Rukia awaken Ichigo's zangetsu(which origin's from isshin). Those been power up even more by the quincy and hollow power poer inside ichigo.
Ishin then teach ichigo final getsuga. Ichigo learned mukajin and use it, finally lost all his power. While rukia, once again, combined soul society captain level power, and insert into ichigo, for awaken ichigo power once more.(power-up zangetsu.) . Eventually then learned some quincy technical.
Juba Break the power once again. Channichi reveal to him that ichigo doesnt know anything about his source of power. Ichigo learned all thing.
from what i can see here is. Ichigo already mastered his shinigami power, while able to turn his full holow power become his zanpatou. What he need now is awakening the quincy power.
The hollow composisition as chinichi said is look alike zanpatou but not zanpatou , so i think it wont be much changes about his zanpatou. probally whit some hollow form zanpatou.
Note: only Ichigo normal assauchi is different with others,(big sword).Yet it even does'nt have shikai. This explain why his bankai could not be stolen by quincy. Because it is modified bankai(shinigami+hollow)
For the zangetsu we see in Ichigo's mind, i think it's actually a source of quincy blood line link to Juba. Since Juba could link and steal masaki power, that mean actually Juba can also be linked to ichico power. You could say, the zangetsu inside ichigo actually is a spy of juba. ^__^
The rest now, we will see i think is the quincy power inside ichigo. What happen if ichigo insert the quincy power in to his zanpatou as well? very interesting.
There is some doubt is, if Ichigo have all those power, how about his little 2 sister? will them also pose a same power.
Ishida- if i am not wrong, he is the son of Ryuuken + Katagirl.
Ishida face look like Ryuuken and have katagirl black hair.
Maybe Kubo didn't know himself what he's going to do... lol
