How is she going to find out ? if you mean by that she summoned Katsuyu, then we dont know if thats Katsuyu, so we just have to wait.

But she might find out by when she goes to heal the lots of shinobi, maybe she is going to pass by dieing Tsunade, and sense her...maybe possibly keep here alive untill somehow, help arrives and saves her.
