Ok let me start with this.
1. She does not solo (Of course not)
2. She's not really top 10. More like top 15-20. Depending on your opinion.
3. I personally think Ino & Hinata are better ninja than Sakura (but that's only cause she works with Shika & Cho)

So here are my statements.

You cant say that Sakura's power was "random" or "Came from nowhere". She trained under Tsunade since Pt. 1 and she showed a ridiculous amount of improvement to show for it.

She is not totally "useless". She helped Chiyo kill Sasori (but didn't even deliver the final blow.)
I personally think that she couldnt kill Sasuke out of love. She didn't want to harm Karin because she had nothing to do with her plan (That in my opinion was a dumb descision but thats just Plot).

The fact she's been saving up chakra for this long makes sense since she hasnt fought anyone since the beginning of part 2.

So as a ninja, she's not terrible. But she has improved alot.​

Sadly no one will stop hating....its really sad. It is logical that she has the attacks; however, the only thing that upsets me is that there was no foreshadow of her having learned them.

It was like, "OK let's go...I can now use my badass techs!" Just the lack of foreshadow...for example, during the Pain invastion where Naruto was pinned...

Sakura: Damn, if only I had more stored chakra....

well I dont hate sakura, kishi does this is a horrible asspull and it didn't go well, sakura has never used a summon before not even in the pain arc.. when would she have learned this? also she should have used her regeneration to help the allied shinobi not for a punch... just face it its the hugest asspull in history i mean 3 years? oh yea great explaination kishi..
kishi never bothered developing sakura so how can you not hate her when you see all this bs development.
