In a fair fight, let's say on of em can perform fuuin jutsu, I say they have a chance, but if itachi is going to sustain susanoo in edo form, it might be impossible, but dunno, could go either way, I think.

However if they could seal him he'd be toast. Actually BM Naruto could solo him:

Too fast for Amaterasu
Can break Tsukuyomi with Kurama

And Itachi doesn't have any thing else that can harm Naruto when he's in Bijuu Mode.

3. Naruto and Itachi and their clones fight for days, Naruto loses thanks to no sealing Jutsus U_U

Solo King soloes Team seven [w/out Kakashi]

Naruto BM creates 100 clones to deal with Itachi's 3 clones using 99 mini-rasenshuriken & 1 Bijiudama Flash. Then he'll gave chakra to Sasuke, this means Sasuke's jutsu will be 100x better. Sasuke then shoots amaterasu to Itachi's Susanoo, (take note because of Naruto's chakra which guarantees power enhancement) Sasuke's amaterasu now will be hotter than the sun & will precisely melt Itachi's yata mirror & totsuka blade as well as his Susanoo & Edo-body. That's sure GG for the team7, no need to seal Itachi because the flame will continuously burns everything Itachi has.

1- Genjutsu would fail, Sakura would beat Itachi in Genjutsu.
2- this fight would last longer then days, maybe a week straight (Sakura would be able to heal forever as a medic ninja)
3- Naruto already has fought Itachi what 2 times already? beat his clone. (he would know his fighting style)
4- Sasuke has fought and known his brother for a longer time then most of team 7. and fought what 2/3 times.
5- don't forget Sai (hes apart of Team 7 as well)
6- Itachi and Sasuke would Susano each other to death, Amaterasu each other and cancel it out.

Team 7 would rule since Sai who is also Apart of Team 7 knows Fuinjutsu apparently.
