I know these guys have done alot about the doujutsu's that came down from the So6p's. i do not want to take credit, just kinda continuing the theory of them both.

but what i believe what is really going on?

Now, a lot of you would just say Kakashi was wrong, but what if he wasn't?

Now, if we assume that the Six Paths Hermit did indeed have the Byakugan, which allowed him to discover chakra, then it would mean he had a dojutsu before he became the Juubi’s host.

After becoming the host, his Byakugan was affected by the Juubi’s Super-Sharingan, thus leading to a mixture between the Byakugan & the Super-Sharingan, creating the Hermit’s trademark eyes, the Rinnegan. This in turn would mean the Rennigan is a mutation of the Byakugan.]
My idea is that the Sage who is an uzumaki developed the Byakugan. It was said that the Six paths Hermit discovered chakra, then used it to perform ninjutsu, thus making him the first ninja. But how eactly could he have seen the chakra without actually performing ninjutsu. exactly, he developed the Byakugan in my opinion.

Kakashi said the Rinnegan is a Mutation. i believe that statement is true. Mutation is the mixture of Genes/DNA. what i believe from above that the Sage an Uzumaki who developed the Byakugan when he sealed the Juubi obtained the Rinnegan the juubi's Eyes. Why this accusation?

why isn't the Rinnegan red instead of white/purple? its because the Byakugan is the Purest of the eyes. The Sharingan is awaken through Anger and Agressiveness. A TRAIT from the juubi which causes the Sharingan to gain Tomoes and turn red. Make sense? if you take the Rinnegan and take away some of the outer lines and the middle dot, you get a Byakugan. it makes even more sense there. I hope so. the question is now what about the sons thats my next point.

this picture makes alot of makes sense. the older Brother who gained the doujutsu's the eyes. he gained the mutated lesser version of the rinnengan because he wasn't the Host of the Ten Tails. (thats why the SAGE had 2 sons. one with the body of sage and one with the eyes, together Creates the Rinnegan as seen with Madara gaining the senju dna.

this picture does it look familar to when the sage and the juubi fought? hinting the Hyuga and Uzumaki. the most peaceful Clan who didn't want to partake in wars. (most people would say its just art, it was meant that. it also might prove the point of the Uzumaki might have developed the Byakugan do to being a Priest by gaining Yin and Yang.

4. Byakugan/Sharingan
the Hyuga clan likes Peace they do not like taking part in wars unless needed in most case, which makes them Peaceful and Pure just like the Sage of 6th path himself. The Uchiha's who gain the Sharingan when forced with Agressiveness and Hatred. why? the juubi's Hatred and Anger. (the Uchiha's Curse of hatred). i believe it was said these 2 were kinda similar. Uchiha's Inbreed to keep their clan, same as the Hyuuga clan.

5. Senju/Uzumaki
They gained the Sage of 6 paths body. and they also are the peaceful kind. my idea on this is the fact that Uzumaki's red hair is symbolism to the sage and the trademark of the younger son. he gained the sages inheritance of the sealing aspect, they also inbreed in their clan to keep the flow of the sealing techniques within the lineage. the Senju are the off related by not being Inbred they branch off into other Clans and mate with other people.

so this is why i think that Crystal Chakra and Sir Derp Obito are master at Predicting what they did. i give Kudos to them both.

I'm open to the idea, but I have a very strong doubt that the Rinnegan was a mutation from the other eyes. I'm 100% sure that the Rinnegan came to the Sage after the Juubi entered his body in the seal, making him a Jinchuuriki

If that's the case, why is the Rennigan different than the Juubi's eye? Furthermore, why does the Byakugan have a much more similar appearance to the Rennigan than the Sharingan? THe Byakugan was the sage's original eyes, he was Uzumaki + Hyuga, a body able to store the Juubi, and eyes that helped him discover and learn about chakra. The Juubi's wood style & Sharingan were then passed on to the Sage's shildren when he was inside the sage.

Well....this is pretty much what I've been thinking.

The only difference is that I start with the Rinnegan being a natural Nodt defect of the sage...then his elder son had his sonar...as one desired peace and didn't care about the sibling rivalry his eyes re-pacified to s degree (Byakugan), but the other done continues the fued (Uchiha).

Then you have the Senju and Uzumaki....and there it seems more like the Uzumaki followed the sages priest traditions and were more secluded....leaving the Uchiha to face the Senju.

Nice work! While it may not be 100% the same topic, this thread would give a somewhat theoretical and detailed explsination as to how the Hyuga and Uchiha were at least related.

Madara has the Rinnegan thanks to Senju DNA.
Madara has Mokuton thanks to Hashirama

in the case of Madara:

Madara an uchiha bent on Hatred gained the power after obtaining Both Uchiha (his own DNA) and Senju DNA, therefor creating the Rinnegan. how?

when the sage split his power into his 2 sons. 1 gaining half of each of his existence.
1- the body, which can handle the ten tails being sealed (which seems to be the higher tails of a beast the stronger of a body you'll need) (just like the 9 tails its only hosts have been uzumaki's. because they are the only ones capable of holding the 9 tails)

2- the other gained the eye's of the sage and juubi. the Mutated form of the Byakugan which is red and has Tomoe. (which was activated when he wasn't chosen and therefor creating the Curse of Hatred and the destiny that follows for that clan)

which together forms the Rinnegan.
