I'd prefer it if Sasuke gave his Susanoo armor to himself/a hawk summon than give it to a snake. Just saiyan.

Why not? Sasuke summoned Manda before..As well as the hawk. It was known a long time ago.

Theoretically speaking I dont think the summons would break their contract with the Shinobi for forming another contract with another group unless the two group were rivals/enemy ..... Like it wld be impossible for someone to hold contract for both Snake and Toad.
