You should stop while you're ahead, really... for one, it seems to me that naruto is standing still while throwing the rasen-shuriken (notice the firm placement of his left foot on the ground and how wildly he arches his back) whereas Sasuke may actually be running. Which is why he reached sakura first.

Secondly, even if they were running, you do realize naruto doesn't always run at full speed just because he is in KCM, right? This can be seen when he was running along side Bee as they initially approached the battlefields.

Anyways, your logic is flawed because saying Sasuke is faster than Naruto in KCM (if they were even actually going their fastest lol) is also saying he is faster than full speed raikage and almost as fast as Minato... which we all know isn't true.

Doesn't matter.. Madara tanked a TBB with his susanoo.. not comparing the two, however the point i'm trying to make is that Naruto can't take him lightly, already he's taken notice of enton.. susanoo is a higher level so i'm sure he'd notice his "best friend" having it.. I'm just saying
