OK Sasuke has two different summons? WDF is this?

I thought the whole point of Sasuke leaving Oro, getting a hawk summoning and renaming his group was to symbolize becoming an proud Uchiha hawk.. I understand this means sasuke has the potential to train at the Ryu Caves for DSM now.. but still, he doesn't need such a BS power up and Snakes seem to be regressing his character development.

Can't a shinobi have 2 kinds of summon? If yes then getting the snake out is a good decision. He just saw what happened to Sai. so maybe he needs something that is fast and slippery to wave through to the juubi.

I'm inclined to believe that this is just redundant. Kishimoto was proven to be inconsistent with his writing, and especially when it comes to Sasuke, and the way he chooses to build him up; only to ruin it, afterwards.

key word is slippery ! just cause curse mark gone doesnt mean his snake contract was broken

If Kshi gave Sasuke a monter size hawk summon then people would have called it an asspull anyway and started speculating about some Hawk Sage Mode... Hawk prophesy and what not

HELL YEAH.. it least it would've been constant with what we have seen to be true. At this point all character moves and overall character development mean nothing..

atleast this chapter shows that having two summons is possible.. I mean its very unlikely that he is just gonna switch back and forth with hawk and snake everytime -.-

it might be one hand for one summon and the other hand for another summon... maybe... lol
