But being superior in taijutsu isn't one of those reasons. And no tsunade, sakura isn't more flexible than lee/guy. When i see either of the two females pull off a kick like this:

Sakura's current and future powerups suggest that her Taijutsu is already equal, if not greater than Rock Lee's even with the Eight Gates Technique, Sakura and Lady Tsunade's advantage over Rock Lee and Might Guy are their recuperative abilities since they are medical-nins they can heal bruises and injuries by themselves, once Sakura acquires Creation Rebirth and Katsuyu, her efficiency in Taijutsu combat would greatly outclass Rock Lee and Might Guy's
Fail, but I'll be decent and explain why I think so.
Firstly their medical abilities shouldn't factor in to reasoning when talking about their taijutsu skills, they are not the same. Because they can heal themselves they could fight a taijutsu fight longer but that doesn't make them better that makes them more durable. Better is determined by technique and execution and Lee has that along with training 100x's over Sakura. No offense to Sakura but Lee's training comes second only to Guy.
Also Sakura's Taijutsu strength MAY be equal o or greater than Lee's however her Taijutsu speed will never be a contender to Lee's. If he opened up half the gates the strength gap would be too much in my opinion however we can't ignore the fact that when Lee gets drunk even Guy can't stop him and that was pre time skip.
Sakura definitely has top class taijutsu strength but as far as abilities go I don't believe she has the amounts of taijutsu attacks Lee does nor does she have the dexterity to perform combos like Lee can, remember the chunin exam when Sasuke hurt himself trying to imitate Lee's Taijutsu.
