...Shouldn't Hiruzen be considered the strongest Hokage? After all, both of these statements are built on hype, and in both cases, they haven't shown the feats to back it up. Yet, one statement is considered true, and Itachi is said to be able to block a TBB, and meanwhile, almost no one considers Hiruzen to be the strongest Hokage.

I'm in no way saying that Hiruzen should be considered the strongest Hokage, but seriously, if one is considered valid, should the other not be considered valid as well? Just saying.
