Team 1 wins. Hashirama beat Madara High Difficulty with Kyuubi (Without Hashirama would have won Mid Difficulty at most), so same scenario applies here however Sasuke disposes of MS Itachi quicker and then finishes off Hashirama after Madara has died, but worn Hashi out.

Thanks for summarizing it, the only thing i would add is madara arguably ties with hashi if he wasnt a cocky-ass, arguable? idk, but him deactivating his sharingan is stupid as shit.

hashirama has no knowledge on sasuke. he burns to death as soon as the fight starts. or is incapacitated by amaterasu before getting chidori spear through the skull. itachi is massacred.

and besides madara this time around has sasuke's susano to take over when madara's own susano armour is exhausted on kurama. thus hashirama cant possibly supress him and the bijuudama barrages would continue. only with sasuke's arsenal added into the mix.
bijuudamas that are also flaming balls of black fire with susano arrows and swords stuck in them? yeah hashirama dies on touch.
