Alas, let's not compare Sasuke's Susanoo with Madara's.

Madara's was mountain sized whereas Sasuke's is smaller.

Show me a feat of great, annihilating strength Sasuke's Susanoo has. I can't think of any bar crushing Danzo and destroying a wall.

Il'll give it to Sasuke, extreme high diff. He's NOT on the "Casually solo'ing multiple Kage" level. Like Edo Madara.

Ay and Gaara would give him a real hard time, and Mei with her mist cover would make it worse. And If I recall, Gaara's sand has sensing abilities? Sasuke would probably win in the end with a great help to his Susano'o and possibly using Kirin after enton and amaterasu have been called upon.

But I don't see any Kage getting around Susano'o other than Gaara, who will be focusing his efforts on covering Ay (Who will be in close range combat) and himself/Mei.

He won't have the time to concentrate and pull Sasuke out of Susano'o, from the ground. Mei's only real addition to her team is the mist cover, Suiton to cover Sasuke's Katon, and if her allies die. . She can use her acidic mist.

So, yeah. Sasuke extreme high diff.

This is a win for sasuke, mei's jutsus are useless, gaara doesnt have a desert or onoki to lighten his sand & the raikage cant break a full susanoo.

Sasuke can ama barrier & genjutsu the kage, none of them have counters for his techniques. Gaara has sand but thats the only counter available to the three.

Why would it need great, annihilating strength? The sheer fact that all lvl 4s have greater physical strength than all lvl 3s (As Susanoo gets stronger in every aspect as it evolves) and the fact that Sasuke's level 4 wield an Enton blade is enough to say its superior to 5 lvl 3 Susanoo clones when it comes to cutting through things.

, meaning that Amaterasu won't work, plus he can pull Sasuke out of Susanoo. Sasuke would be forced to keep using Susanoo because of A (therefore wasting chakra), plus he and Mei can combine Raiton and Suiton to paralyse him and Gaara can deliver the finish blow.
The kages have a good chance of winning imo.

None of them can get past Susanoo, nor can any of them bar A dodge Amaterasu.

Amaterasu takes out Mei from the start so Hidden Mist won't be an issue. A can't do jack shit do Susnaoo and if he tries he gets snatched up like he did vs Madara and gets lit on fire via Amaterasu.

Gaara's sand can't even hurt Sasuke, Enton Blade will cut through it and cut/light Gaara up.

Sasuke has to activate ems to use ama. Me I/gaara both block his line of sight before his sharing an even forms.

And Sasuke needs to be Madara to beat 3 Kage? No, he doesn't.

He can just tank it and proceed to counter attack.

Yet they can't break Susanoo, they can't evade Amaterasu...they lose.

Sasuke takes this quite easily. Mei is literally one-shotted with Amaterasu or Magatamas. A is not a threat as multiple Entons on the field would just prove to be nothing but death traps for him that Sasuke can further manipulate to his will. Ae pumped 'Bijuu level' Chakra into his V1 Raiton Armour to take it to V2, he isn't keeping up that armour for long considering the large chakra reserve he would use again to dodge Amaterasu or arrows, or any of Sasuke's quick attacks.

If he approaches Susano'o, he's grabbed or put under genjutsu, and smashed to a pulp with Level 4 Susano'o. Gaara poses little threat to Sasuke as Enton arrows would cut through his armor, together with Swords killing him. His third eye is connected to his own optic nerves and would be susceptible to genjutsu. If not, then Gaara still wouldn't survive the aforementioned abilities. Even his sand manipulation isn't fast to block a focused Amaterasu. He done for, either way.
