As for that, Obito has had his MS for many years now, he showed that he could keep up with Raikage's speed when A tried to blitz Obito while he was holding Sasuke at the summit. Obito has much more experience with his MS than Sasuke does with his EMS so I think it's too soon to assume his EMS will allow him to keep up with higher speeds.

Sasuke has accustomed to his new eyes extremely quickly. He's using advanced Amaterasu techniques after a few days of having obtained them.

Sasuke was always hailed as a genius and quick to pick up on things, unlike Obito. Sasuke learned chidori, an A-Tank jutsu in a matter of days (or weeks?). I believe he is more than accustomed to his EMS eyes.

Why do people think characters are always going at full speed?.

It's pretty damn obvious naruto wasn't trying to Blitz or even using anywhere close to his full speed.

This is true but I feel that Sasuke still needs more speed opponents before saying he can keep up with BM Naruto IMO, just a hunch I guess but there's nothing to back either of our statements so I'll just leave this one as it is U_U

Sasuke has been shown to have the ability to spam Amaterasu and change it's shape accordingly. He doesn't need 50 feats showing it off for us to know that's extremely hax.

This, in conjunction with Sasuke's Susano'o, is more than enough to contend with BM Naruto. We don't need 700 feats displaying all of his abilities, since we've already seen what Susano'o is capable of.

Is Obito's MS can keep up with BM Naruto, Sasuke's EMS can keep up with BM Naruto.

You are crazy, KM Naruto speed > Sasuke speed. Naruto entered KM only at the end of the chapter. Just coz Sasuke reached Sakura sooner, it doesn't mean Naruto used full speed. Or it could mean that Sasuke wanted to show off so he used shunshin first
