Here Is my line up for Kages. This is based of all the skills that I've seen and believe this its most accurate.

5. Muzikage

Here Is my line up for Village ranking. This is based off the shinobi we have seen.

1. Land of fire
2. Land of lightning
3. Land of water
4. Land of earth
5. Land of wind

No order to this but this I'd my next in lanes of kages

Kitsuchi/stone
Kankuro/sand
???/mist

Now for the mist i haven't seen any notable charters that would make kage but Ao and he Is no longer of this world. Lol. So what do u guys think?

I'm judging from what we've seen in the Madara vs Gokage fight. Tsunade and Onoki did their best job. Madara couldn't brake their willpower. When Tsunade joined the fight, Madara started to fight seriously ( he used 25 Susanoo clones and his perfect Susanoo ).

The Raikage is fast and strong, but he is no match for Tsunade and Onoki. Tsunade can't die in a battle + she has a giant immortal slug summon, who is immune against the phyisical attacks.
Onoki can go midair and jinton A's head off.

Gaara is young, he needs experience.
Mei is a fodder and a coward.

to me A is in third place, the villages are good and in the next candidates, instead of Kankuro, Temari (woman going to whip everyones butt) & Ao for mist but he's dead, so I have no candidate there.
