1- TOP TIER (SENJU, EMS USERS, RINNEGAN, POISON ETC)
Hashirama, Madara, Naruto, Itachi, Pain, Hanzo, EMS Sasuke, Kabuto DMS, Obito

2- HIGH TIER (SANNIN, KAGE, ELDERS)
Danzo, Killer Bee, Tobirama, Sage Naruto, Tsunade, Hiruzen, Orochimaru, Minato, Jiraiya, Onoki, Chiyo, Kisame etc.

3- MIDDLE TIER (SPECIAL JONIN, SQUAD CAPTAINS, S-RANK CRIMINALS)
Chouji, Kakashi, Kabuto Part 1, Zabuza, Darui, Guy, Mifune, Yamato, Kimimaro, Deidara, Kakazu, Sasori etc.

4- LOW TIER (STRONGER KONOHA 11, TAKA, OTHER GIFTED CHUNIN)
Shikamaru, Sakura, Hidan, Part 1 Gaara, Sai, Rock Lee, Neji, Hinata, Jugo/Suigestsu, Sound 4 Members, Shino etc.

5- BOTTOM TIER (GENIN, NOTHING OVERLY SPECIAL IN BATTLE)
Kiba, Ino, Pakkun, Karin, Iruka etc.

Would you add or change anything about my list

I would put Kakashi and Gai in higher tiers and Shikamaru in middle or higher as well for Sakura

I only seperated them because the manga makes such a big deal of how Kakashi and the likes of the Sannin are on two such completely different levels. I personally think he belongs there, this list is only from what we've actually seen and with no speculation at all (which is why Guy also isn't at Top tier with 8 Gates)

This is literally the most unbiased thread I have ever made, I tried to make it a general consensus. I'm not going to punish a fictional character for getting panel time instead of another character, he belongs where he is

I just wanted to use Sage Mode Naruto as an example to the high tier list, that's all.

That is speculation, i'm just going by what the manga has 100% said for sure, if you get too technical things go haywire and eventually someone finds a loophole where Shizune ends up in Top tier instead of Hashirama.

1st he don't even have much of manga feats
2nd his databook stats is lower than minato

Fair enough, I don't really know too much about Tobirama. I just went by the fact that anything Senju in this manga is seemingly godlike. I'll move him.

here is your opinion on my thread

Oh? Which character? It's not even Minato in particular, I just dislike OP and boring characters in general dude, they substitute good writing and character development for shiny attacks and they're immortal so I should never worry about them. Underdogs are much cooler

and yet you go for making tier list
on top of that you think anything senju is op
don't get me wrong but aren't you being racist a little and also contradicting yourself.
