Thats kind of what the titans are doing. We can see they have survived for 100 years without eating humans unless there was another resource which i doubt. I remember it was stated, that this might just be a little game to the titans.

Titans and humans are not the same species.
They greatly resemble human beings in that they are bipedal creatures with the same number and arrangement of limbs and features one would expect in human beings. But, yeah, you've already said that they are deformed (enlarged head, small limbs, lacking skin, mouths). Also their method of reproduction is unknown, since they don't have *** organs. They regenerate lost and damaged body parts within seconds to minutes, including severed heads. And what about their body temperature? And also after death, Titan corpses rapidly evaporate.

I just wanted to say that humans and titans (information from anime) are not the same species. And yes, you're right, titans eat humans for no other apparent purpose than killing them (humans are not food for them).

I'm only 6 episodes in and my favourite is actually Jean Kirstein. Colossal Titan's a pretty cool guy too.

Really not a fan of Mikasa. She's OP AND personality-less, a horrible mix.
