I generally still am interested in the plot and overall story though,i have to say kishi is being more inconsistent then usual with his character development.
One of the driving motifs is the emphasis on hard work which we never see sakura go through. She is a main character and main heroine yet we never see her have anything close to a critical or important role or seen her do anyting close to remsembling a heorine act and for the majority of the series we don't see her at all,and now out of the blue she has been storing chakra up this entire time oh for a insanely powerful kinjustu we never ever see her train for ?
It just feels shoehorned and without purpose. It doesn't even have the same impact compared to the first time it was revealed. When it was first introduced we were shocked and excited that she tsuande has a technique similar to hashirama's and showed she was indeed worthy of the title of hokage and was far from a "weak" senju as madara implied and now we learned that sakura has it.
Where is the sense of accomplishment ? It did not feel earned.
I guess her line where she says "Disciple of the fifth hokage was kishi saying see!She is trained by a powerful ninja so its only natural for her to be powerful and i am like then why couldn't we see any of this in action. Why does a main character have to have her training wrapped in exposition ? Shobby. just very shobby writing.
And what about madara ? He went from being this calm calculating guy who can hatch a decades long plan to achieve his goals who told the kages their moves were not graceful enough as if he had some sort of twisted class he abides by and now he is this insane can't wait to fight hashirama character who is falling into the same pits that eventually takes down every villain. The guy who lets people live because "It doesn't matter since there so weak"
I know he can't enact his plan at the momment but he sure ain't doing anything to keep the situation under his control. So much for the years of planning.
On the other hand for better or for worse (Which you can all discuss) Sasuke has finally made a choice (Doesn't mean i am glad how it happened) and i am glad kishi has choses to have him realize his brothers sacrifice. In the long run sasuke being evil would of only caused more problems and conflict that would not necessarily be easy to resolve.
I love the manga which is why i feel the need to point out the things that bother me and with the recent 180 attitudes of sasuke & madara and "the i had chakra storing up all long" i can see exactly why one would be pissed and rightly so.
Anyway if your planning on making a thread on things you did not like make sure you try and establsih why and where your coming from or the trolls who always spit the same lines will barge in the thread. You all know who i mean the "Its kishi's story","Write your own manga","You take this too seriously"
The last one is my favorite it showcases that, that person have no mind of there own and lack any kind of critical thinking lol
